Checking in, asking questions or checking out? At reception, we are ready with a smile! Will we see you soon?
Our reception is open daily from 9:00-12:00 and 14:00-17:00. Our staff are ready to answer your questions. Arriving outside opening hours? No problem! You can sign in until 10pm via the intercom at reception. Here you can also:
- Checking in and out
- Registration for outdoor and animation activities
- Rental of equipment
- WiFi maps
- Information on tourist attractions
- Questions or suggestions about your stay
- First aid (AED and first aid kit)
Outside opening hours: The intercom is available for emergencies.
