Camping pitches in the Ardennes

Get away from it all or even spend a longer time in nature with your tent, caravan or motorhome. On our campsite located in the beautiful wooded Ardennes you are welcome. Our campsite is of medium size and therefore convenient and personal. Especially for families with children, this offers a quiet feeling for the parents. Are you sporty and adventurous or do you just like to enjoy a good book in the sun. There is something for everyone. If you don't feel like exploring the area, you can do your shopping at the campground. There is a restaurant with a snack bar and a cozy terrace. While your children participate in one of the many outdoor activities, you can enjoy a Belgian beer on our terrace in the sun.

Type of pitches

If you want to come camping there are several options. All our pitches have access to electricity. The comfort pitches also have water and drainage. The pitches can vary in size, they vary between 70m2 and 115m2.

There are three choices you can make:

car-free pitches,
pitches on which you may put your car,
comfort pitches (direct water supply & drainage).

If you have a car-free pitch then you have access to 1 parking space for 1 car, a second car will have to be parked on the parking lot. If you choose a pitch where the car is allowed, you can also choose to park the car on the public parking.

Many people choose camping because it is easier to is contact with your fellow campers. We have seen many friendships develop.

Pets Allowed

Can you really not miss your pet during your vacation? Then just take him/her with you. Consider in advance whether your pet will feel comfortable on a campsite. It would be unpleasant for your pet as well as for your fellow campers if your pet does not feel comfortable in its new environment.

Are there shaded areas?

There are tall trees around the campground, but not on the site itself. As a result, there are no pitches in the shade all day. The camping fields are arranged in such a way that there is either morning or evening sun. At night, the temperature in the Belgian Ardennes drops, making it pleasantly cool on hot days for a good night's sleep.

What is the difference between comfort pitches and a camping pitch?

On a comfort pitch there is a connection of clean water and possibility to discharge waste water. In addition, there is a connection of TV (with Dutch channels).

What does a car-free camping pitch mean?

There is parking in front of each pitch, along the camping fields. This is to prevent cars from constantly driving across the fields. Of course, you may park your car near your pitch when setting up and taking down.

What is the surface of the pitches?

The surface of our pitches have a grass surface on hard ground.

Hiking in the Ardennes and Wallonia

So close, yet completely different: hiking in the Belgian Ardennes. From a quiet family hike over the High Fens to a tough hike along the Ninglinspo stream, there is a suitable route for every hiker.

The campground is located in a wooded area where you can hike for hours. From the campsite we have set out several routes that you can walk using a photo-route map. Where there is even the possibility to walk from the campsite to Spa. A sporty day out! In addition, a short drive away by car are the famous walks along the streams the Hoëgne and Ninglinspo.
