Do you enjoy going out in your mobile home, camper or tent? For the real adventurer, there is nothing better than camping in nature during the vacations. You will be woken up in the morning by the singing birds, after which you will get a fresh breakfast from the mini-market at the campsite. There is no better way to start your day. Even when you hear the raindrops falling on your tent, you will enjoy it. Just don't let them be too many, because your camping gear must stay dry.
Why camp in the Ardennes?
You have probably already decided that you want to camp next summer, but why should you choose camping in the Ardennes? We do know a few good reasons why you should choose the Ardennes. At Camping Polleur, not only will you be staying at a campsite surrounded by nature, but the area also has plenty to see and do in terms of attractions, sights and outdoor activities.
- From mountain biking to kayaking. The Ardennes are very popular among mountain bike enthusiasts. Various mountain bike routes can be taken in the vicinity of the campground. But besides mountain biking, there are many more outdoor activities you can enjoy in the Ardennes. A small list: climbing & abseiling, stepping, kayaking, quad biking, caving and more.
- Beautiful walks through nature. Our campsite is surrounded by nature. When you want to relax in nature, you can follow one of the hiking trails. During a hike you will pass streams, walk through forests and through meadows. The diverse environment ensures that you can enjoy the beautiful nature from the beginning to the end of your walk.
- Several places of interest in the immediate vicinity. The Ardennes has a rich history, and thanks to this history, there are several places of interest in the vicinity of our campsite. From caves to a mine and from castles to an abbey, you can visit it all from our campsite. - To the zoo or a day at an amusement park. In addition to outdoor activities and sightseeing, there are several attractions within an hour's drive of the campground. For example, visit Forestia zoo, Plopsa Coo amusement park, the thermal baths of Spa, Monde Sauvage zoo or the Spa-Francorchamps racetrack.
Camping at Camping Polleur
Camping Polleur is centrally located in the Ardennes, not far from the border with the Netherlands and Germany. On our campsite you will find various facilities to ensure you have a pleasant stay. From modern sanitary buildings to a laundromat and even a dishwasher, your stay with us is fully equipped. For a fresh breakfast you can visit our mini-market. But even if you don't feel like preparing your own dinner after a long day, you can enjoy a meal in our bar/bistro or takeaway in our snack bar. Check out our camping options
If you want to come camping at Camping Polleur, there are a number of options to choose from: camping pitch, camping pitch with private sanitary facilities or a motorhome pitch. Even within these three options there are different options, so you can choose a comfort pitch where you have a connection to water and drainage. Check out our camping options below.
You do not have a tent, camper or caravan, but would like to camp? At Camping Polleur, you have two options: rent a cabin or comfort rental tent. The cabana is suitable for 6 people, has a 4 burner gas stove, a fridge and a spacious awning with picnic table. The cabana is not equipped with beds, so you need to bring your own air mattress and warm sleeping bag. The comfort rental tent does have beds and is suitable for 4 people.
